My online notarizations are done through the Proof platform. It is a secure and legally compliant system that follows required identity verification and notary guidelines. Here is how it works. You will click your session link a few minutes early. You will verify your identity, confirm your camera and microphone work, and upload the document you need notarized. Once you are ready, the system connects us live by video. I will review the document with you, complete the required notary steps, and finish the notarization in the session.
