Cancellation Policy

All Mobile Notary Requests within the Plano/Collin County area have a flat service fee of $50.00. Rush Requests (less than 24 hours notice), late night services, and remote areas incur additional fees.

 

Advance Scheduling

All late-night notary services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

 

Rush Requests

Rush requests can be completed online through our remote portal. Additional rush fees will apply. A same-day request fee of $75 will be applied to all appointments scheduled within 24 hours of the requested time.

 

Remote and Destitute Area Fees

Remote Locations: Services in remote or difficult-to-reach areas may incur additional fees. These fees will be determined based on the distance and accessibility of the location.

 

Late Night Services

Appointments requested between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM must be booked 24 hours in advance. The exact fee will depend on the location and time of the request.

Standard Appointments - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of $50.

 

Same Day Appointments

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of $75.
