    ThatTechyChick LLC provides and offers “real” work from home job opportunities. We are looking for agents to service from home for multiple clients that give you the option to work over 30 hours a week, creating your own schedule, which will allow you to earn great income. We have personally went through the certifications for these clients and stay up to date on incentives and updated needs for our contractors to be on top of their game while working from home.
  • Employee or Independent Contractor of ThatTechChick, LLC?"
    You will be classified as an Independent Contractor of ThatTechyChick, LLC. You will not be an employee for ThatTechyChick, LLC. You will be partnered/contracted to work for clients and the client program that you will service as an agent.
  • Is there any investment?
    Yes. We hire Independent Contractors only. It does not cost to apply for a position or to create your agent profile (once your application is approved). Our Clients do require each Individual agent to become certified on their program, which requires certification training. As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for your certification training cost and any equipment needed for service. The great thing as an Independent Contractor you are able to write off any expenses on your taxes. This is an investment in being in complete control of your work, money, and hours. Much like school, being a Mary Kay or Avon representative, being a Travel Agent, or any 1099 position. A background check is required and is $9.99 plus processing fee. Agents can become a certified remote customer service agent for as little as $0.00. Client Certification training cost can range from $0 to $99 depending on the Client (this is the Client fee, not ThatTechyChick LLC). You get to choose which certification you want to take.
  • Can I work from anywhere?
    We offer remote opportunities to Customer Service Professionals across the U.S. Currently, we are not accepting Individuals from the following states: California Connecticut Maryland Massachusetts New York Oregon Wisconsin
  • Is there an Admin Fee?
    Here at ThatTechyChick LLC our goal is to make your work from home experience a great one. Although you are working from home, you are not alone. We are a team! What we offer: Incentives & Referral bonuses Information and enhancement sessions Team Meetings Tips and documents to help you succeed Resource Center Professional business relationship 1099 for tax purposes. The client platform fee in the amount of $19.75 per payroll and ThatTechyChick, LLC service fee in the amount of $40.25. This is a total of: $60 Per payroll invoice. The service fees cover the following: 24/7 Technical Support, scheduling system, services of providing work from home job opportunities and distribution of payroll, in addition to: time and support service to handle all issues and answer all questions, correspondence to allow you to succeed as an independent contractor working from home and payroll distribution.
  • What are the skills needed to be a successful remote customer service agent?
    Call Center/Phone Customer Service Basic Computer Skills Communication Skills Data Entry/Typing
  • Is there healthcare coverage?
    We hire Independent Contractors only. As an Independent Contractor there are no health benefits such as medical, dental, health insurance, etc. In addition, Independent Contractors do not qualify for unemployment benefits or like services.
  • What Is needed for servicing?
    Your laptop or desktop must be hardwired connection using an Ethernet cord from your computer to the modem) (Windows 8 and 10) USB Headset with microphone.
  • What is a CSP?
    A CSP Is a Customer Service Professional that is contracted with ThatTechyChick LLC and certified by Arise Virtual Solutions to provide services from home.
  • What is the certification training process?
    Certification is typically 4 hours per day. Morning and evening classes offered.Certification is held in a virtual classroom with an Instructor and other students. A certification training is unpaid Certification training prepares Customer Service Professionals to take customer calls, policies, systems, etc. Pass Certification training and start making money right away.
  • When can I start work once I have completed my agent profile?
    Once you have completed your profile you are able to select from one of our client opportunities at any point to start the certification training.
  • Can I use my cell phone/wireless service to work?
    Cell phones are not permitted. All remote agents would be using VOIP. (headset connected to your computer via usb) Wireless internet is not permitted on the Arise platform. All agents must be hardwired to their internet modem. Please review the workstation requirements document located on the "store" page of our website.
  • How does your company support it's remote agent workforce?
    We provide a self-paced New CSP Orientation course that includes tutorials and documents to help our agents become successful agents, tutorials via our Agent Portal, we host live Q & A Session each month, we have a live virtual business hour for our agents to join us for any questions, we repsond to all emails and calls in a timely matter, we provide support.
  • What is the preferred method of communication with the remote agents?
    We communicate with our agents via email and phone. We request all of our potential and current agents save our email addresses ( to their contacts in their inbox to be sure that you receive all of our corresponse.
  • How long do I have to choose a client once I have join your company?
    We are looking for individuals ready to work to service our client needs. Once you have joined our company we do expect all remote agents to enroll into a client opportunity within 30 days. If you need an extension or guidance, please feel free to contact us.
