Booking Terms

Service Scope: Our estate planning notary service covers the notarization of legal documents related to wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments.

 

Availability

Appointments can be booked both online and in person, subject to availability.

 

Fees

Pricing is available upon request and may vary based on the nature and complexity of the documents to be notarized.

 

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once payment is received (if applicable) and an email confirmation is sent.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Online Bookings: Online bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund.

 

Cancelling In-Person Bookings

In-person bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment for a full refund.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in no refund being issued.

 

Rescheduling

Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments without any penalty if done within the specified cancellation period.
