Cancellation Policy

Our Loan Signing services ensure that all your loan documents are accurately signed and notarized, adhering to Texas state laws and lender requirements. We handle various types of loan signings, including mortgage closings, refinances, HELOCs, and more. Our experienced notaries are dedicated to providing a smooth and efficient signing experience.
Total Costs for Services
The total cost for our Loan Signing services includes the following:
Base Fee: $150 per loan signing package (includes up to 2 signers)

Additional Signers: $25 for each additional signer Printing Fee: $25 (for documents that require printing)

Travel Fee: $0.50 per mile (for in-person signings, calculated from the notary's location to the signing location and back)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If a cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.
Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. We will accommodate one rescheduling request free of charge. Any subsequent rescheduling requests will incur a fee of $25 per request.
Identification Requirements All signers must have proper identification ready and available at the time of the appointment. Acceptable forms of ID include:
- Valid driver's license
- State-issued ID card
- Passport
- Military ID
Notice
Please ensure all signers have proper identification ready and available for the signing appointment. Failure to provide valid identification may result in the cancellation of the appointment and the imposition of the applicable cancellation fee.

- Services are available by appointment only.
- For remote online loan signings, ensure a stable internet connection.
- All notarizations are performed in accordance with Texas state laws and regulations.
