Cancellation Policy

Total Costs for Services

 

The total cost for our Online Notary services is based on the standard fee schedule for the state of Texas, which includes: Notarization Fee: $25 per notarization Additional Signers: $10 for each additional signer Witnesses: $10 per witness provided by our service.

 

Identification Requirements

All signers must have proper identification ready and available for scanning at the time of the appointment. Acceptable forms of ID include:

- Valid driver's license

- State-issued ID card

- Passport

- Military ID

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made at least 10 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If a cancellation request is made less than 10 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of $15 will be charged.

 

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 10 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. We will accommodate one rescheduling request free of charge. Any subsequent rescheduling requests will incur a fee of $10 per request.

 

Notice

Please ensure all signers have proper identification ready and available for scanning at the time of the appointment. Failure to provide valid identification may result in the cancellation of the appointment and the imposition of the applicable cancellation fee.

- Services are available by appointment only.

- Ensure a stable internet connection for the online notarization process.

- All notarizations are performed in accordance with Texas state laws and regulations.
